Return Process

  Log into your Decathlon account, select the order you wish to return, and print your prepaid shipping label or retrieve your digital return QR code.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a clean, resaleable condition.

  Drop Off or Visit Us

  Drop your package at a designated carrier location or bring the items directly to the 'Welcome Desk' at any Decathlon store for an immediate process.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
